Handsome, , fun clever and incredibly charismatic Mr Maverick (Mavi to his friends) is on the lookout for a family who enjoy sniffing out an adventure as much as he does.

This lovely, almost 6-year-old male Husky is a true enthusiast for the great outdoors. Mavi is a firm fan of long hikes and has also enjoyed accompanying his family on long bike rides too. Both of these are a great outlet for this enthusiastic lad, so it’s a must that his new family enjoy being active and outdoors as much as he does.

He would also really benefit from his new family hiring enclosed paddocks so he can safely bound about and be his happy energetic self as his recall can’t always be depended on.

Mavi has always been a much-loved member of the family, and this means he is very accustomed to his home comforts and has a good grasp of home manners and etiquette. As energetic and fun seeking as he is, he also really appreciates a comfy sofa!

As he has spent a lot of time around children in the past and is very comfortable with this we would welcome enquiries from people with children around 5 years and upwards who have experience around larger dogs. Mavi has shared his home with another large breed female dog, so we would be happy for him to do so again, following successful introductions here at Lincoln Farm.

True to his breed Mavi has a very specific OTT play style which can be a bit much for some dogs, but when he finds a well-matched canine friend he loves charging around with them. It will be important for his new family to understand his breed traits so that they can encourage him to be the best version of himself.

Mavi is incredibly endearing, and he wants to make friends with everyone he meets – he’s a super affectionate boy! He also has a real cheeky side and loves to play a game of chase me-chase me with his favourite human friends.
