Introducing Dexter who is a handsome 1 year old Manchester Terrier. Dexter is a sweet but sensitive lad who was quite shy when he first arrived with us, but we have enjoyed getting to see his character come out. Dexter is a social boy out and about with dogs, but does need to learn that not dogs can keep up with his play. Dexter will be looking to be the only pet in the home as he likes having all the attention for himself.

Dexter will need Terrier experienced owners who understand the breed traits and can help continue his training and socialisation. Dexter can be vocal when on lead meeting new dogs, but he has also made a couple of off lead friends. We feel they would benefit from attending training classes with his new family.

Dexter will need patient owners who can build a bond with him and help him become more confident during formal handling. Dexter really enjoys his cuddles once he gets to know you and he is also eager for his daily walks so an owner who like getting out and about a lot and enjoying taking him to new places would be perfect for him, as even though he is little he is an active lad.

Dexter will be looking for a family that are around for most of the day as he bonds quickly and like the company. If you are looking for a lively dog and want to enjoy long walks then look no further than Dexter. He could also live with teenagers.
