Introducing marvelous Margo who is a 1 year old Jack Russell Terrier. Margo's owner sadly passed away, so we have been getting to know her ourselves. What we have found out is that she hadn't had much socialisation or training which means she can get very worried in new situations. We have been working on this since she arrived with us and we have seen her get a bit braver each day.

Margo has lived with other dogs previously and she thrives on their company so will be looking for a home with an existing steady male dog which can help give her the confidence when having new situations. She will need continued work on her lead walking as we could see this was all new to her when she first arrived with us.

Margo could live with teenagers and adults who are able to put the time and dedication into helping her explore new places. Margo would benefit from attending training classes to help her bond with her new family.

Margo will be looking for a home in a rural or village location so she can have quiet areas to walk too without getting overwhelmed. Margo will also need a few visits so that her new family can get to know her and understand the training that she needs, so we feel a family close to our centre would be the best fit for her.

We anticipate a lot of interest in Margo so once she has found her pawfect match she will be marked as reserved.
