Join us this spooky season!

We are thrilled to be officially opening our brand-new charity shop in Boscombe, Bournemouth, on Friday 31st October 2025, and we'd love for you to come along.

Our grand opening will take place at 10am, so please arrive a few minutes beforehand, and face painting will then be available until 12pm. 

 

 

This is the perfect opportunity to get ready for your trick or treating plans, and browse through our fantastic stock, including clothing, bric-a-brac and furniture!

We would be very grateful for a suggested donation of £3 per go for face painting, which will go towards the care of our rescue animals.

So, what're you waiting for? Bring your friends & family along for a fun-filled afternoon this Halloween, while supporting animals in need.

Face painting T&Cs

• Face painting is subject to availability and only available to children aged 3 and over.

• Anyone that has an allergy, illness or infection e.g. Runny nose, rash, open wound, Conjunctivitis, Chicken Pox or are displaying signs of Covid-19 etc., will not be painted.

• All allergies are to be vocalised to the face painter before painting.

• Children must be under constant adult supervision whilst being painted or waiting their turn.

• Anyone who wishes to be painted will need to be able to sit on their own in the chair, without assistance.

• Face painting is only available to those who wish to be painted. If the person is uneasy or unwilling, then face painting will not start or continue (e.g. if they become uncomfortable or change their mind).

• The face painter reserves the right to refuse to paint anyone at their discretion. This includes anyone that is asleep, those who don’t want their face painted or display aggressive or inappropriate behaviour.

• Photographs will be taken at this event for future promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let a staff member know.
