Dear little Evie is a 8 year old Shih Tzu. Evie arrived with us due to her owners ill health which meant they could no longer give her the attention that she so craves. Evie is a real diva and thinks everything revolves around her. She certainly is a big character and we have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know her. Evie has had a big dental since arriving here at the centre but is now feeling better for it.

Evie is looking for a companion home where she can enjoy a gentle stroll and then come back home to a cuddle on the sofa. Evie will be looking to be the only dog in the home as she has always been used to having the attention to herself, but she is also not keen on dogs in her personal space. Evie will need owners who are happy to continue her socialisation around dogs and help her feel more confident around them, especially the bigger dogs.

Evie also needs more confidence with grooming as she can get worried with this at times, but lots of positive handling will help with this. As Evie has a love of people she will like to have owners around for most of the day and she will be sure to love you back.
