Meet Joey, our bouncy ray of sunshine!

Joey is a joyful, exuberant greyhound who’s traded in the race track for a life of leisure, love and lot’s of zoomies. Don’t let his distinguished gentleman looks fool you though, as we secretly believe he is a labrador in a greyhounds body-He is playful, affectionate and full of charm.

We love nothing more than to see Joey’s tippy tappy toe dance when it’s time for his walk! Whether he’s bouncing around the paddocks or soaking up the sun in a cozy spot, Joey brings smiles wherever he goes, to everyone he meets. One skill Joey has gained since his time with us making his own bed! Clearly our bed making technique isn’t quite up to scratch as we often catch him dragging his blankets into a pile and making it to just his liking! He also keeps his bed stocked up with plenty of soft squeaky toys, ready for him to play with at his convenience.

Joey thrives on human interaction, making him the perfect match for a family ready to share lots of fun and love with (and maybe a couch or two). He could live with children aged 7 upwards and would also be happy to share his home with a large calm female dog, but would equally be happy to have all of the love to himself. A feline and small furry animal free home would also suit him best.

If you think you could give Joey a future filled with belly rubs, cozy beds and lots of playtime then you really would have him jumping for joy!
