Once he feels safe, his affectionate and curious nature really begins to shine.

This sweet boy also has the potential to live with a dog-savvy cat, provided introductions are done slowly and with care. Due to his sensitive nature, he would do best in a calm home with understanding teenagers, that will respect his space and go at his own pace.

Barney is an active boy who absolutely adores his toys, especially balls and he also likes to greet you with one of his soft teddies. He’s always up for a game of fetch and thrives when he has the chance to play and explore. He has a strong sense of adventure and is especially drawn to water, so he would love an outdoorsy family who enjoy visiting beaches, lakes, or streams where he can splash and play to his heart’s content.
