Oscar is a 6-month-old Cockapoo that is brimming with oodles of character!

This young lad came into our care from a loving and caring home that felt he needed a different home set up to what they can offer, this does mean we can fill his new family in on all his likes and dislikes.

Oscar is such a fun-loving puppy when it comes to playing with his toys and loves to place them up to his carers faces, to keep the game in full swing. He is also such a sweetheart with people he knows and finds comfort snuggled up on a lap for an affectionate belly rub and to be told what a good boy he is!

Still being a youngster, Oscar can find the big wide world quite intimidating and will look for reassurance from his family. This is the case with sudden noises and unfamiliar dogs and people, although a tad nervous, this brave boy doesn’t take long to warm up to knew situations and has made loads of friends whilst in our care.

It is clear that Oscar will be such a loyal companion and that he bonds to his people at lightening speed, Oscar has been known previously to have some separation issues so his new owners will need to be prepared to allow him time to hopefully build his confidence and not leave him for long periods on his own.

As Oscar’s confidence has flourished when enjoying a zoom around our paddocks with his four-legged pals, we feel he would be able to live in a home with another dog, pending a successful introduction. This pup could possibly live with a cat and the team feel he would be comfortable in a home with teenagers.
