Is there a greyhound sized hole in your life (and your sofa)? Having recently retired from her racing career, Charlotte is now looking for her fur-ever home. This graceful girlie has a gentle and loving nature, making her the perfect companion for anyone looking to add a bit of peace and joy into their lives.

Charlotte is a sweet and affectionate girl who enjoys spending time with people and other dogs. Once she feels confident and happy in an area she also loves to explore and have a good sniff around, and she very much benefits from some canine company in these times to help her feel more secure. For this reason, we think our lovely Charli-girl would thrive in a home with another like minded dog, perhaps a fellow sighthound who will be happy to show her the ropes and help her feel at ease. Due to her sighthound tendencies, we wouldn’t however want her to live with any other small furries like cats or rabbits.

Two of Charlotte’s favourite pass times are snoozing and sunbathing, and if she can combine the two then she’s in absolute heaven! She definitely enjoys the quieter and calmer side of life, so whilst we would be happy for her to live with older children aged 8 and upwards we would need to make sure she still had lots of quiet time and a calm space to stretch out and chill.

As Charlotte has only spent a short amount of time in a home environment she will need her new family to take things day by day and slowly introduce her to her new life and home so that she doesn’t become overwhelmed. We think she will thrive in a calm and steady environment with a family who can give her the love and attention she deserves.
