There are so many fun ways to raise money, it’s a great opportunity to get creative and even try something new or take on a challenge.
We would love to help you decide on a fundraising idea, by sharing our Fundraising Guide with you! It’s full of top tips, ideas and advice on how to make the most out of your fabulous fundraising, and help us to continue our mission.
Inspiration
In August 2025, our Animal Care team took part in the Dorset Plane Pull in support of our charity. They undertook the challenge of pulling a Boeing 737, weighing a whopping 35,000kg, in under 60 seconds!
Not only did the team smashed their goal, but they also raised over £1,500 for our rescue animals. Feeling inspired?
Online Fundraising
Setting up online fundraising pages is becoming increasingly popular and an easy way to collection donations. They also give you the opportunity to share the link amongst your friends and family online, as well as in-person.

Paying in Your Fundraising
When you are raising funds for us, please pass the money you have collected on to us in full at Margaret Green Animal Rescue (registered charity number 1167990) within 30 days.
Please do not make any deductions from the donations that you have collected for expenses or fees.
