Boarding T's & C's

To safeguard the health of all our boarders, we reserve the right to refuse admission of any animal showing signs of ill health.

All animals must be fully vaccinated. You must produce up to date vaccination certificate(s) on arrival. All animals must be treated against fleas and worms before entering the cattery/kennel. All dogs need to have received the kennel cough vaccination at least three weeks prior to boarding with us. Cats need to be fully vaccinated against flu and feline enteritis.

We are unable to accept un-neutered male cats over eight months of age.

In the event of your animal becoming ill we will contact either your vet or our own for advice and treatment. Our choice to use our own vet will be based upon availability and distance of a vet to care for your animal. The cost of treatment will be charged to you on the last day of boarding.

In the event that animals sharing the same pen/kennel have to be separated on welfare grounds, additional charges will be made per pen/kennel used.

Fees can be paid prior to or on admission. Please note that an additional night’s boarding may be charged if you fail to collect your animal by the scheduled time on the departure day.

Unfortunately we can no longer accept cheques, but do accept credit/debit card or cash.

We provide main brands of cat/dog food included in the fee. For any specialised diets you are required to provide this yourself.

In certain circumstances we may require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Whilst all pets boarded with Margaret Green Animal Rescue will receive every care and attention, they are boarded entirely at your risk and we cannot accept any liability.

Collection and delivery times vary per site, the relevant centre will provide details.
