Despite the forecast being against them on the run up to the Dog Show, the team at Wingletang put on an amazing event, enjoyed by everyone on the day

Margaret Green Animal Rescue (MGAR) is encouraging everyone to go Green for charity between the 15th and 20th May
It is the annual Margaret Green Week, commemorating the birthday of the very special lady who started the charity all the way back in 1965.
More than 70 dogs went walkies with Margaret Green Animal Rescue (MGAR) at our Wingletang Rescue and Rehoming Centre near Tavistock in April.
You fundraising a pony, helps us to raise a barn for our ponies.
That’s right just £25 (or a Pony) can help us build a Barn for our farm animals.

Following the Margaret Green Animal (MGAR) competition through Easter to rename the lambs – Church Knowle had visitors flocking to give great name ideas, after watching the two delightful little lambs skipping around in the sunshine.

A tree with strong roots, laughs at storms the Malay proverb goes, well at Margaret Green Animal Rescue (MGAR) near Wareham, the tree that has been yarn bombed, never feels the cold either.
If you have visited our Church Knowle Visitor and Rehoming Centre, you will have seen the very regal King Arthur grazing on the field near the car park.
Dorset’s oldest animal rescue centre is the latest recipient of a donation from the joint Yellow Buses/ Daily Echo Carbon Stoppers initiative.
