Finding Forever Homes

Boarding Terms & Conditions

Boarding T's & C's

To safeguard the health of all our boarders, we reserve the right to refuse admission of any cat/dog showing signs of ill health.

All cats/dogs must be fully vaccinated. You must produce an up to date vaccination certificate on arrival.

In the event of your cat/dog becoming ill we will contact either your vet or our own for advice and treatment. Our choice to use our own vet will be based upon availability and distance of a vet to care for your animal. The cost of treatment will be charged to you on the last day of boarding.

All cats/dogs must be treated against fleas and worms before entering the cattery/kennel.

We are unable to accept un-neutered male cats over eight months of age. All dogs need to be fully vaccinated and in addition to have received the kennel cough vaccination at least three weeks prior to boarding with us. Cats need to be fully vaccinated against flu and feline enteritis.

Collection and delivery times vary per site, therefore please contact the relevant centre for more details.

Fees can be paid prior to or on admission. Please note that an additional night’s boarding may be charged if you fail to collect your animal by the scheduled time on the departure day; please check with the centre.

Unfortunately we can no longer accept cheques, but do accept credit/debit card or cash.
We provide main brands of cat/dog food included in the fee. For any specialised diets you are required to provide this yourself.

If you are boarding your cat for a stay of 7 nights or more at Church Knowle, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

If you are boarding your dogs at Lincoln Farm, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit for ALL bookings

Whilst all pets boarded with Margaret Green Animal Rescue will receive every care and attention, they are boarded entirely at your risk and we cannot accept any liability.
