Friday 9th September 2016

Winton Shop OpeningWe are delighted to announce the opening of our first charity shop in Winton, Bournemouth. The shop offers a range of quality pre-loved clothing and other goods and is open from Monday to Saturday 9am until 5pm.

The opening was celebrated on Tuesday 30th August as trustee Matt Devereux cut the ribbon with help from dogs that have been rescued from Margaret Green Animal Rescue.

Head of Retail Lindsey Carter, said: “We have received such a warm welcome here in Winton and it has been wonderful to welcome so many poeple to the shop already."

There are lots of ways to get involved and contribute to the success of the shop, from donating clothes and goods to volunteering. Lindsey is keen to hear from anybody who would like to get involved: “We’d love to hear from anybody who is interested in volunteering within the shop. Please pop in when you are next passing or give us a call to find out more.

We are also in need of your good quality clothing and other goods to sell. Donations can be brought to the shop during opening hours or dropped off at one of our rescue centres either in Church Knowle or Bere Regis.”
