Introducing Bertie who is a handsome 1 year old British Shorthair, Bertie arrived with us due to not getting along with the other cat in the home. Bertie is a sweet lad and has settled in well to our cattery.

Bertie likes to be a made a fuss off but can be initially shy but it doesn't take him long to become your new best friend and once he is, he loves nothing more to be the centre of attention and receive all the strokes and fuss he can get. Bertie will be looking to be the only pet in the home, but he could possibly live with children over 10 as long as he was happy during the meeting at the centre. Bertie loves the company so an owner that is around for the majority of the day would be the icing on the cake for him.

Bertie has been used to being an indoor cat, but would like the opportunity to explore the outdoors so he will be looking for a home in a rural location away from roads to help keep him safe, whilst out on his adventures.
Bertie has had a dental previously so his owners will need to be aware of this and continue to keep an eye on his teeth.

We anticipate a lot of interest in Bertie, so once he has found his forever him he will be marked as reserved.
