Introducing beautiful Basil, who is a 15 year old domestic short hair. Basil entered our care after the very sad passing of his previous owner, who he had been in the company with since a young kitten. Due to this, Basil is very much missing human companionship and is looking for that special someone to give him that all important second chance at living his senior years out in peace.

Basil is an affectionate, sociable and chatty fellow who loves nothing more than a cosy lap to curl onto. Being a senior cat, Basil is a wise boy with lots of life experience – this means that he has learnt those all-important life skills needed to live harmoniously alongside his fellow human.

We believe that Basil would be at his happiest in a quiet adult or family home with no
other pets, where he can have free access to an enclosed garden, where he can feel safe
enough to explore his new surroundings once he is comfortable in his new home.
